Bug: NGXu DME2 / CRS2

Hi just a quick bug report, the DME page 2 of the VRi hardware, when you switch to DME 2 it actually adjusts the CRS of DME 1.

@guenseli  The reworked MCP2 display also has a bug. It is displaying the following:

N1*to Dest: 

0 nm 

At too of climb 8t switch to:

SPD to Dest:

0 nm

I did have a flight plan loaded in the FMC.
