Aerosoft Keflavik X and DX10

Hello Sirs

I am thinking on buying Keflavik X from Aerosoft. On their online manual page 10 (http://www.aerosoft2.de/downloads/keflavikx/Manual_English.pdf) in FAQ there is a question about the compatibility of the scenery with DX10. For my surprise, it’s says NO.

My concern is that I just cannot run FSX with DX9 anymore, so what is your opinion?

Will there be issues running with DX10 enabled?

Hello,

there are no problems with Keflavik X and the Preview Direct X 10 mode.

The reason that they state that is that it is made for the Direct X 9 mode and not tested with Direct X 10.

If, as I am sure you must have, the Direct X 10 Fixer, you will see everything that Aerosoft intended you to see.
