November 28, 20196 yr HI all, I just did a flight from LEMD to LFPG with ILS 27L and DOMUS Transition, which has a infinite downwind Vector. Normally I would expect vectors (turn) to final at some point, but Pilot2ATC let me fly forever on this downwind vector. Even asking for vectors to final did not work. I was only cleared only directly for ILS 27L, so I did turn on my own to the final. Was working, but I expected to get vectored correctly. Was is the expected behaviour here? Cheers, Coldy
November 28, 20196 yr Author One addition: While it was correctly shown in the Cockpit as infinite vector, P2A already show this ILS Approch connected from last FIX to FAF/CIR. So, maybe P2A can not handle those infinite vector approaches very well?
November 28, 20196 yr Commercial Member You are correct. P2A does not handle vector terminated transitions. It assumes that once on the transition, the transition will connect to the final approach. I'll have to add this capability. Thanks, Dave
November 28, 20196 yr Author Hi Dave, thx for clarification - good to know, that one have to handle this special. One other question. Right now I only get transition approaches. Is there a way to get also vector approaches by random? Cheers, Michael
November 28, 20196 yr Commercial Member Yes, you can uncheck the "ATC Assigns Approaches" option and select the approach without a transition before you file. ATC will then not change it to have a transition. Dave
December 4, 20196 yr Author WOW, this was fast... fixed in 2.6.1.1 🙂 Amazing work! Will checkout later - cant wait
