FSXFlight Error When Installing

Featured Replies

I'm trying to install FSXFlight for P3DV4.5. When I run the installer, it keeps giving me a message that says "an error occurred trying to download http s3 amazonaws com fsxflight publish fsxflight application." I have FSUIPC5 installed and my Microsoft(Dot)Framework is up to date. Can someone please help me fix this issue.

Thanks,

Micah

Hi Micah

I had the same problem, tried contacting support for FSXFlight but doesn't look like that email address is active. I just downloaded and successfully installed flightsimgps to my computer, not sure how it will work but it is free. Really hope this works for you.

FSXFlight is no longer necessary.

Just use P3D's GPS out and you're good to go.

Cheers,

Mark

The thing I like about FSXFlight is, it provides ADS B in, which P3d does not. I get a Windows Certificate message every time I launch it. I hit OK, and it works fine. I have GPS in P3d disabled. Not sure what would happen if you tried to use both. I’m not sure what the above error is about.
