October 8, 200619 yr Hi AllI preordered my FSX Deluxe Edition and was pleased when I got a call yesterday saying my order had arrived. I rushed home in anticipation of being able to try it out. I put the DVD's in the new DVD player I had purchased several weeks ago in preparation for FSX. Then my excitement started rapidly going dowhill. I'm having problems activating FSX, I installed with no problem. When I go to activate I enter my code no problem click next it goes thru the connecting bit but comes with an error "A technical problem occurred while accessing the online activation server. License authorization was unsuccessful."I then choose the box "Activate by telephone now" and I now get the message Product Activation Error "An error occured while attempting to activate the product. The problem may be due to an incomplete installation of the application. Reinstalling the application may resolve the problem. Otherwise please contact product support for assistance."I did 3 reinstalls and same thing happens each time. I tried calling the help phone number but get message about office hours.Any help would be appreciated Thanks Don
