There is a freeware moving map utility here in the AVSIM library called FSMMovingMap. It runs in the FS9 kneeboard or in a seperate window. They have lots of charts available already set up for the app or you can use your own charts and configure them to work in the utility.In contrast, this one doesn't seem to offer much more and costs $20 plus an additional $20+ each for chart packs. Ther's a demo, however, so I suppose some people might find some specific features of value--but I wanted to make sure people were aware of a quality freeware option.
