Captains Flows Updated to Include UGCX

For some reason I could never seem to get the simple dialogue correct with UGCX and had to keep referring to the manual.  If you use voice I have now updated the Excel spreadsheet to include UGCX.  It still includes all of the following aircraft.  FSL Airbus, Maddog X, PMDG 737 (now the Nu version), 747, 777, Majestic Q400 and Aerosoft A320 series airbus.
