January 3, 20206 yr Hello pilots! I m trying to create some soundpacks and I want to ask something if anybody knows and can help! This we call cockpit sound or gyro sound or bomb sound is aircraft's sound or depends on the type of engine? For example A320 has 2 differnt types of engines (CFM & IAE)... Should I put 2 differnet cockpit enviroment sound or is the same despite the engine type? Thank you! Edited January 3, 20206 yr by AndreasAgios
January 4, 20206 yr Yes, but have you given consideration to the bird movement after the engine strike? I would compose 2 different sound packs. One for CFM, and the other for IAE. Just make sure you divide the sum by the wave movement in the given area. Altimeter readings should also be added. As an example and in sound file: [Airborne_CFM] filename=birddoodle1 flags=121300 link=Engine_Sound1CFM [Airborne_IAE] filename=birddoodle1 flags=121300 link=Engine_Sound1IAE [Airborne_CFM] filename=birddoodle2 flags=121300 link=Engine_Sound2CFM [Airborne_IAE] filename=birddoodle2 flags=121300 link=Engine_Sound2IAE And don't forget to add the entry "pterodactyl=1" or the sound might seem muffled. Hope this helps
