Aerosoft Airbus A318/19/20/21 Profesional Changes

Featured Replies

Aerosoft just released version 1.3.0.0 of the Airbus 318/19/20/21 for P3DV4. Looks like they've had a go at changing things that affect MCE. I'm guessing to fall inline with the new A330.

Should be interesting as I assume any changes you make to this version will adversely affect those still running previous versions.

I've started testing and so far the following flow commands that worked on previous versions no longer function. I assume the reverse also applies, ie. off vs. on if not shown below.

engine one generator on
engine two generator on
hot air on
air conditioning pack one on
air conditioning pack two on
apu bleed on
engine one bleed air on
engine two bleed air on
check fire detection (APU ONLY WORKS)
all hydraulic pumps on
all fuel pump on (ALL TURN ON EXCEPT CENTER PUMPS)
spoilers disarmed
apu bleed air off
set takeoff flaps (NOT SURE HOW THIS WORKS OR WHERE MCE GETS THIS INFORMATION. DOESN'T SEEM TO WORK PROPERLY ON MOST PLANES)

That's it for now.

Indeed.

A good example as to why we constantly need to make adjustments to various already fully interfaced aircraft.

It's a formality though.

Just need you guys to raise the alarm, as we cannot perform systematic tests for every single switch on all 43 complex supported aircraft, every time their respective devs come up with an update.

Will be sorted the coming week.

Thanks for the heads-up.

Testing at this end no problem. A small price to pay considering all the time and effort you put into it at your end. Be nice if the aircraft developers also took the time to give you a heads up when they make changes.

I'll have another run at testing once you've been able to sort out what I've reported so far just to make sure I haven't missed something.

Thanks for testing.

When you get a minute have a look at the Aerosoft Airbus spoiler coding. Something not right there. "spoilers disarmed" sets the spoilers to FULL. Also "set takeoff flaps" does nothing.

Thanks
