Rotate MD-80 obnoxious warnings after engine starts up

I am running X-Plane 11.41r1 and I purchased/installed the Rotate MD-80 Pro.  When I select the aircraft and either manually start the engines, or select Customize and specify "Start with engine running", I get a continuous set of warnings about brakes and flaps.  This happens before flight?  Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?
