Hi there,

I purchased the GTN530 and am having issues with installing it. I have gotten past installing the trainer I believe but now the installer just hangs at 0%. I've read there can be pauses and it can appear as though its hung but this is a bit excessive. Does anyone have any idea if this is normal?

Thanks,

Tyler

I managed to solve the issue by closing the installation with task manager and then finding the RXP .exe and running it which worked perfectly.

Here is what I have had happen occasionally with other products (but not with RXP).  Sometimes the installer is running but is hidden behind another window.  A windows you cannot move.  Try using Alt+Tab to cycle through running apps.  It that is the case you may find it there waiting for an input.
