Setting Minimums

Evening all, 

I have been flying the aircraft a number of times using the stock FMC/NAV (no GTN 750). The aircraft calls out minimums however I cannot find a way to change the minimums height. Can anyone guide me to the correct place?

It's on the DC panel, left of the PFD.   The inner one of the two center knobs with the label RA.

Thanks, but where does the value change so you know what it is changing to?

On the PFD, immediately below the attitude indicator.
