January 26, 20206 yr This is an issue related to my lack of knowledge. I have extracted all the file s for the latest XP GTN update- but the update does not show and I continue to get notices to update. I guess I don't know where to or how to add the update, I have the Reality on my C drive but the Plug ins, etc for X-plane on my D drive. I have not had any issues. I also have no clus how to enact automatic updates with RSS. On my C Drive I have rxpGTN-XPL and both the GTN 650 and 750 .exe file for version 2.5.22. On my D Drive, where I keep XPlane and data files, I have Reality in the Plugins file under Resources.Do I need to open them in a special way? Could it be my Virus Protection?
January 27, 20206 yr I have to reinstall my reality xp gtn 750 i have proof o purchase. February 10, 20206 yr Hallo Support, i have the same problem. I can download the rxpGTN-XPL-Setup.exe and Install it x times but in xplane, when I check it i get a software update Box: you have 2.5.21.1. I have paid for it so don' t waste my time with such a s***** regards

February 10, 20206 yr Hi, in Xplane I get a message for this update 2.5.22.2 and wether i want to update, when i click yes a download starts. Now I get a zip file an than i shall reinstall, but i want only update, After unzip and start rxpGTN-750-XPL.exe than i get a box with ... could not be validated because the order has exceeded its activation limit.... bla bla... I expecting an easy update routine like other producers deliver it regards
February 10, 20206 yr Ok so you've managed to download the .zip which includes both e-commerce enabled installers, and you've just reach an activation limit. Please visit the aforementioned RXP Store FAQ about the activation. As for the update process, I understand it is cumbersome and we're evaluating different options at this stage.
February 10, 20206 yr Hi, Ok, after key reactivation and 2 times update reinstallation i am now up to date. An easy update process would be nice. regards
