P3DV4.52 hanging on Loading Vehivles screen

Featured Replies

For some unknown reason P3DV4.52 has started hanging up at the loading vehicle screen when I try to select a vehicle other than the default F-22. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the client. Any thoughts?

Have you tried deleting your Prepar3D.cfg file and let it build a new one?   When you reinstall the Client it will not overwrite your existing file.

Good Idea but it did not cure the issue.

This is now resolved. I had deleted a livery from a base model. Floats and other models aliased the deleted livery folder. The sim was caught in a loop looking for the deleted folder in the base model. The fix was to delete the livery folder in all the variations of the aircraft.
