QW787 1.2.1 BEACON,LOGO AND WINGLIGHT NOT WORKING

ive been shoved into a problem with the qw787 on p3d v4.midflight from Cancun to Heathrow the beacon stopped flashing on the underbelly,wings and engine.the logo and wing light just disappeared. any ideas what can be wrong???ive asked in the qwforums but no support from them.

uninstall and reinstall and remember to delete any folder that has to do with QW B787 before reinstalling.

yes i have reinstalled qw787 countless times,even reset my pc today but im still having the problem

ok so i just reinstalled again.this time i get a new error saying ''REAL LIGHT AND TRUE GLASS CANNOT BE DOWNLOADED,DO YOU WANT TO INSTALL A LOCAL COPY INSTEAD?''

I'm not at home to check but see if in the installation folder you can re-install real light and true glass manually. I think you can.

After installed press (L) to turn the lights on, or individually from the overhead to see if that fixed it.

yes sirrr in the QualityWings/Redistributeables folder i found both.but the issue still exists.ironically the texture files that create the effect are there in the texture.common folder aswell as in a REALIGHT folder in GAUGES. im frustrated.QW SUPPORT is useless, they havent replied to a thing

weird.i deleted the real light and true glass folders inside the airplane folders.then tried to install again using the two installers.technically the folders i deleted should be reinstalled by the installers.i guess its a real light issue from TFDi
