February 18, 20206 yr Hi, problem has started this evening. When I select UGCX the menu appears but as soon as I select no.1 Pushback sequence the menu window disappears. Any ideas what's happening? Only thing different from yesterday is I have loaded Orbx'x Leeds Bradford airport scenery

But that's a weird behaivor....hmmm...in which parking spot are you located in? Also can you open the "Airport's chart Viewer" window from UGCX to see if the module is able to see the airport's layout? February 19, 20206 yr Author Ok great I've got it working. I was on Stand 8 chosen from the P3D scenario setup menu. When I looked on your Airport chart viewer there was no stand 8 and I was sat between two of your stands. So i repositioned to your stand 6 and all now working. So I presume when parking I need to always go on one of the stands in your Airport chart viewer rather than a P3D one? Thanks
February 19, 20206 yr Commercial Member Well, when you see an airport's layout different than that one you select from P3D, means that, UGCX isn't reading the correct 3rd party airport's layout, in this case, Obrx airport. What you must check is where did you installed your Orbx Airport scenery, I mean, the directory or full path where it's installed, so then we can check the UGCX log and see if UGCX is reading the correct airport layout, because, if you see visually you are in your 3rd party airport's parking, and in UGCX airport map is not located at a parking, that means there is a mismatch of airport's layout.
