Featured Replies

Hello everyone, Istall goes smooth and then I try to activate and both versions say sorry try again. I've re-entered the key many times and still the same. Then I try the telephone activation and get a error message. Thanks,

This isn't obvious from your post and I doubt you're doing it, but JUST in case - you do know you can't have two FSX installations on the same computer, right? :)With that aside, though, I just finished installing FSX myself. On starting it up and trying to activate, the program kept trying to connect to the activation servers but failed. I tried again and it failed again. And again. And again. I think it was the fifth or sixth time around when I got lucky and the game was properly activated. My advice is - keep on trying. The servers are probably busy and most likely you'll just have to try again until the activation goes through.

>>My advice is - keep on trying. The servers are probably busy>and most likely you'll just have to try again until the>activation goes through. Its pathetic that MS is allowing those who have copys to activate FSX prior to the 17th release....WHY!!!...they might as well release the darn things....

Thanks for the feed back... True I have two copies but removed the first and tried the second copy... I guess I'll just keep trying... Any other people having problems let me know... If I get it up and running I'll post again... Enjoy the weekend and keep the blue side up...

Ahum... FS-X is officially released in Europe and some other places in the world so we kind of need these activation servers now.

As boshar said, it'd be kind of weird to have the game released (in some parts of the world) but no way to activate it... ;)
