I think this round of tuning has reached the limits of what my now 3 year old hardware can achieve, maybe when the next gen of Nvidia cards come out I'll be due for a new workstation. Customisation of the video driver use via Nvidia Inspector A custom Affinity Mask designed to remove all loads from core 1 except P3D's main thread, yet still allow P3D to use all cores of the CPU.
