I want to ask, Pilot2ATC permanently recognize when I say Final it use overfly or on five. 

My question exist some way to correct what I say and what it hear ? Another word are OK.

As a last resort you could delete your speech recognition profile in Windows and retrain using the P2A Language Trainer, etc.

First, I would create some phrases with the problem word or words in the Language Trainer and then do that training multiple times.  It might make the difference.  Of course, also do the full P2A training a couple of times to be sure it has a good sampling of your speech.
