New pc

Hi.  Various issues.
 My current pc, which is 6 years old, is as follows:
 Motherboard: I do not know, but I open no idea.
 Processor: 4790K oc at 4.7 ghz
 Graphics: 970 gtx, 4gb oc
 16 gb of RAM.
 The graph has 4 outputs.  I use 3 for 3 32 '' tv and 4th for a matrox.  (3 instrument screens) and an external 5th graphic for a 27-inch touch monitor.
 As you see a lot of screen.
 Fsx, win 7 64 bit.
 I go right at paid airports.  That if everything is full.  I dont complain.
 First question: restyling it for P3D?
 Second question: do I make a new one?
 In the first question what should I do?
 Change processor?
 The graph I take for granted.
 More RAM?
 I don't remember what kind of Ram he is, I think ddr3.
 For the second question there are points in favor.  If I do, I take the old PC to town where I want to ride a simu.
 So, I have calculated a price of about 1500 euros.
 I had thought and looked over these components:
 Processor: I79700Kf s1151
 Graphics: RTX2060 super Xc ultra gaming 8gb
 RAM: DDR4 HYperx fury 16gb 3000 (× 2 units)
 Source: 850 wt evga supernova g3 modular.
 License plate??
 Any suggestion?
 I'm going for about 1100 ...

I would wait for two reasons one you may have a problem soon getting what you want and two you may regret not waiting.

With your motherboard you may be restricted to what you can use.

Thanks.  Is the best idea to wait until next year. Also the pricing of components will decrease.  A actual configuration i.e. I9900k , 1080ti, 32 RAM, now it costs more or less 2000 euros.  Next year it is posible get for 1500. Or pay 2000 for a upgrade configuration I9900k, 2080ti, 32 RAM, ...
