P4AO Addon Organizer updated to 1.46

Hello @ll,

version 1.46 of the P4AO now has an option to manage addon scenery that doesn't have layer tags. When the "Auto-Layer" setting is turned off, P4AO will no longer assign layer numbers to addon scenery components automatically. Make sure to read the manual, there is a chapter about layering right at the beginning.

Furthermore, scenery, other addons and packages can now be moved up and down their respective lists by spinning the mouse wheel over the "up/down" buttons.

REMEMBER TO CREATE BACKUPS OF YOUR CONFIG FILES WITH P4AO BEFORE MAKING DRASTIC CHANGES LIKE TURNING ON/OFF THE "AUTO-LAYER" FEATURE.
