April 4, 20206 yr Hello, I contacted Rex support on March 28. I got an email back immediately informing me that they get back to me within 24 hours. I didn't hear back until now. Very well possible that Covid19 influences answer times. I just wanted to ask here in the forum if anyone had contact to Rex support that last week? I'm not in a hurry, just curious.
