Hi Dominic,

There are quite a few useful resources out there for finding/creating routes and flight plans. These include FlightAware, SimBrief, Flight Plan Database and Skyvector to name just a few. There are also various payware utilities available which will create flight plans but one that I think is particularly useful is Ideal Flight which will generate random flights depending on criteria which you set which can include flight duration.
