Vox ATC listen over headset

Hi All, I wonder if its possible to hear your own voice when using PTT mic button? I can hear all the other sounds very clearly except my own voice. Maybe a setting in the sound setup?

my apologies for the brief reply earlier .... you may be able to with your microphone's listen setting (control panel/sounds) but it shouldn't work with vox irrespective (as it would not in an aircraft)

i've never tried ... i suspect it would seem like an echo.

of course ..... and / or stop listening to you inner demons.

i remember those earlier avionics where if you left the "intercom listen on", you would not only hear yourself but yourself again through the copilot's mic ....... echo, echo etc.
