Was I safe in assuming that you are referring to the PMDG 777?

Just going to run a Chromebook and not upgrade to a Windows computer. Too many problems with the new Sims! 😱
Trying to keep peace and harmony and the will of Landru on the site seems to be a full time job!

I just ran into this last night trying to install the PMDG DC-6. It installed but the operations center would not run. I googled it and found out that you need to uninstall any visual studio 2015 through 2017 that you have. Then you need to install visual studio 2019 that includes 2015 through 2019. The problem appears to be that Microsoft kept changing files and the developers could not keep their packages updated fast enough. That's just what I read and I don't know any more than that but it worked for me. I installed both the x86 and x64 versions.

Don't you just love this......
