Marshaller POV Position not saved & faulty guidance

Featured Replies

Hello Bryan.

I´m having two issues at present with UGCX 1.8 in conjunction with the PMDG 747.

1.) the Marshallers Position won´t be saved, although it´s confirmed saved by UGCX after pressing the "save profile" Button. When starting a new Flight a few days after, the Marshaller is always too close. Aircraft Offsets are ok so far.

2.) the Marshallers Guidance is faulty. E.g.: when guiding into a Gate Position in FACT, the Nose is much too close to the Terminalbuilding. The Nosewheel is far in the Serviceroad...

Any help is highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Best regards,

Toto

From v1.7, the marshaller's location is attached to the parking spot, that means, you must be parked at the parking spot and then open the "Aircraft Profile Settings" window and adjust the marshaller's distance with the slider. This operation must be done prior requesting engine startup at stand or prior a marshalling into stand. Since this is attached to the parking spot profile, you need to do this at the destination and departure airports.

Could you capture screenshot to see where it ended up and where it should?

Does all these happens in a default (or third party) airport?
