If you undock a window, e.g. the GTN or autopilot panel, you lose the ability to use the mousewheel to manipulate knobs. I'm only seeing this issue on V5, in V4 it seems to work fine.

I have the same result and additional strange behavior with right click (from side monitor cursor run to main monitor). I use 3 monitors.

There's a new feature under controls somewhere for enhanced or advanced mouse controls that takes over the wheel for view zooming. If you disable this by unchecking that box, you should get normal control back. I'm not at my sim right now so don't remember exactly where it is, but I think it might be under "Other Controls" in the settings menu.
