There has been a dimished appearance to the hills surrounding my home aiport after installing Ortho4P tiles of the area; my scenery scenery_pack list follows, not sure what the issue might be as the order looks correct? Perhaps it is something in the manufacture of the tile?

hd mesh or ortho4xp are an either or unless you import high res dem data while creating the tile.

Afraid its not something I have succeeded in doing. The data I was trying to use was in the wrong projection and when I tried to use gdal to reproject it I was getting lots of zero heights.

technically it should be possible but my main concern was getting the river banking and for that much I did succeed (with an as yet unreleased bathemetry tool). Ill probably revisit it once 11.50 is final because hdmesh always hammered my framerate unacceptably anyway.
