April 26, 20206 yr Commercial Member You're getting a database error during the opening of P2A which is likely causing the problem. First, try running P2A as administrator by right-clicking on the program file or icon and selecting "Run as administrator" from the menu. If that doesn't work, and you get the same error message, try installing the program again. Run the installer as administrator to be sure you have all the right permissions to get a clean install. April 26, 20206 yr Author Hi Dave thanks for the reply, but that dont fix my issue, I still get the error stated above.
April 26, 20206 yr Commercial Member Please email me ([email protected]) the P2A log file and I will see if I can figure out what went wrong. P2A Log files are located in: C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\P2A_200\Logs where <UserName> is your PC user name. Portions of the path may be hidden by default, so be sure Windows Explorer has Show Hidden Items checked in the View tab. A new one is created each time you start Pilot2ATC, and is closed when you shut it down. So if you take the most recent one after you have the error and after you shut down P2A, you should have the correct one. Dave
