Hello. I bought DX 10 Controller and CLoud shadows two moths ago. The first time i installed, all run perfectly. I have reinstalled W7 64 another time. Now, i can´t see the shadow cloud. i have readen user manual and i can´t see it. i do not know what i am doing bad. Any help. ,please?

i would try uninstalling the libraries from DX10 controller and then reinstalling them.

Run the diagnostics button and check that there are no errors.

Then go into Addons dialog and check that cloud shadows is licensed and the buttons and sliders are visible.

Then follow the steps in the pinned post called Cloud Shadows are not Visible and report back.

it is runs again. Thanks. I uninstalled and reinstalled the libraries. then checked in addon that cloud shadows was licensed. thanks again
