Hello i recently bought the F1 gtn 750 and i haved installed it in to the Carenado atr 42-500 but when i start up the game and go in to the aircraft i only have a black screen and the gtn 750   not working. dont know how to fix this i have tried to reinstalled but nothing working.

Can you please post the content of the RXP log files? (see RXP Manuals for file/path)

i looked in the manuals but didnt find the log files. where should the log files be?

Do you mean you didn't find the files on the hard drive? Because in this case you know where they are supposed to be as stated in the manual.

or

Do you mean you didn't find the information in the manual? Then just use your PDF viewer 'search' to find anything mentioning 'log file'

now, what about using computer technology to assist you searching? Just use the "Find" option in your favourite PDF viewer to find any occurrence of "log file" in the manual, and it will find it for you.

Hi all, i recently bought the RXP GTN 750 but the screen remains black and it doesn't start up with the avionics master on. i wanted to check the settings but i can't open the panel for the gtn 750 to see if the settings are correct. any help would be greatly appreciated!

is this the log files you mean?

I've had GTN750 for over a year with no problems.  Today I installed GNS 430 and GNS 530 and I'm not able to open the settings now.  When I click on Settings for either the 750 or the 430 nothing happens.  After clicking a few times I'm able to get the file menu to respond and quit x-plane.

Probably unrelated to this I would like the 430 and the 750 to be com1 and com2.  Right now they are both acting as com1.  How can I change this?

Yes these are the RXP log files and they do not show any particular issue detected.

However I can't help noticing you might have installed the DB files in D:\ . There has been reports of problems on some systems with anything trainer related installed in any other drive than the system C:\.

Is the GTN trainer installed in C:  and is C: your system drive?

Can you try uninstalling the GTN trainer database from D:\ and reinstall it into C:\ instead?

yes i can try reinstall. the gtn trainer is installed on the D drive and my system on the C drive. how do i uninstall the trainers?
