I recently found the freeware/donationware Netherlands 2000 Scenery (https://www.nl-2000.com/) which I have actually been extremely pleased with. There are some aspects that aren't working completely right in v5, though there are parts that they've announced as v5 compatible.  It is a complete package with a choice of 1M or 0.5M photoscenery, autogen, 3D objects, many airports (including a pretty good rendition of EHAM).

Anyhow...they have just earlier this year released a moving 3D objects library that runs outside the sim and injects the moving objects through simconnect I believe.  This includes country-wide trains and other moving objects.

Pretty neat stuff and one of the most comprehensive freeware scenery packages out there on par with Hawaii Photoreal IMO.
