Never heard of Pilot2Air.

It sounds like you didn't follow the installation instructions in the User's Guide.  You need to install XPUIPC for X-Plane or FSUIPC for FSX/P3D.  There are also some additional setup steps regarding language that must be followed.

Also, you must have a microphone installed on the PC and designated as the default Windows audio input device.

sorry about the delay.

i have downloaded both pilot2atc and  xpuipc into x-plane 11 folder

So where in the folder do i put these two for it to work.

Also i use a headset for flying so will that work as a mic for pilot2atc?

Also very new too this first time fly sim.

I have five days left on the trail.

Thanks

Install Pilot2ATC to your C drive, NOT IN THE XPLANE FOLDER.

After installing it, open the User's Guide in the Documentation folder and follow the installation instructions.  They tell you how to install XPUIPC.

Ok have the p2atc screen up. now when i click on the button for freg and taxiways nothing happens.

also the appr little box. So now how do i get these to work? Also on the screen there is no

split screen the map has the whole center screen. the connect when click doesn't turn green

stays black. so what else do i need to do?

Thanks so much for the help.

XPUIPC is a plugin and needs to be installed in X-Plane according to the User's Guide.

You won't be able to connect until you have XPUIPC properly installed.

Then, read the User's Guide as it answers all your questions.

Well like i said earlier  I'm new to this stuff. x-plane 11 and P2A. I'm doing the trail now.

Have 5 days left.So since i have things installed wrong i would like to know if  i can

uninstall it and reinstall it. Now that i know i had it installed in the wrong places.

Cause i couldn't get everything to work right.

 Thanks

You should be able to delete the P2A folder you have inside of X-Plane and install the full P2A program directly to a drive.

Then install XPUIPC according to instructions into the plugins folder of X-Plane.

If it still doesn't seem to work, send me an email at admin@pilot2atc.com and I'll try and work with you to resolve the problem.
