May 20, 20206 yr Hi, I already have the GTN650 and GNS530 installed and running fine. I just purchased/installed the GNT750 with no error except a message telling me I already am up-to-date (v. 2.5.25.0). I still only see the first two products in my plugin choices. Can you please advise ? Each one is listing all the respective GPS models which are available to add to any aircraft upon valid purchase and installation. For example, the GTN plugin menu shows all available GTN models (6xx & 7xx). Edited May 20, 20206 yr by RXP
May 20, 20206 yr Author Hi Jean-Luc, Sorry for not mentioning that: the GTN submenus only shows 650 1 and 650 2. I also went through each sub-menu settings but do not see a way to toggle to 750. Anything else I should look at ? Regards, Philippe
May 20, 20206 yr Are you sure it doesn't show instead GTN 1 and GTN 2? And for example opening GTN 1 displays a submenu with 5 GTN models to choose from (6xx and 7xx)?
May 20, 20206 yr Author Hi Jean-Luc, The Menus paths are: Reality XP GNS/GNS1/GNS 530 1 Reality XP GNS/GNS2/list of GPS, 500W and 530W enabled Reality XP GTN/GTN1/GTN 650 1 Reality XP GTN/GTN2/GTN 650 2 Regards, Philippe Edited May 20, 20206 yr by philippecmartin
May 20, 20206 yr Author That was my intention / I have pics ready but I only see "Insert Image from URL" with no obvious way to browse my local system. Can you advise?
May 20, 20206 yr The GNS 1 screenshot is not dissimilar than GTN 2. In both, you have select a GPS which is running, the later prominently display a "Show Window" whereas the former display a "Hide Window". Like any other menu in any other application you're using in your computer, a 'checkmark' next to a menu entry indicates "item selection" (XP11 displays a small disk instead of a check mark). This all should be self-explanatory. You might want to also read the RXP User's Manual for further details. Edited May 20, 20206 yr by RXP
May 20, 20206 yr Author Jean-Luc, My apologies/sorry if I am dense but where do I select the GTN 750 ? Both GTN (650 1 and 650 2) sub-menus load a GTN 650 window when selected. As for the documentation (which I have read) - it clearly shows GTN 750 displayed on the submenu. Regards, Phiilppe Edited May 20, 20206 yr by philippecmartin

If a check mark indicates it is selected, why not clicking on the selected item to un-select it?
May 20, 20206 yr Author Well, after all, that does sound like a good idea 🙂 If I may, and not to give my stupidity any credit 😉 , as you have the 530xxx GPS grey-out, it might also be more intuitive to do the same between the 650 and 750. GTN ? Just my 2 cents. Many thanks for your help. Regards, Philippe
May 21, 20206 yr Your list of GTN is displaying both 6xx and 7xx because you've purchased both. In other words, you can select any model. GNS and GTN are showing a split list (gray which is non selectable and normal) when you only have 1 model license: you've purchased the 530 product but not the 430 yet.

These are supposed to be simple and intuitive in most of the cases but I understand it might not be always the case and we might take for granted some of the user interface design. This will definitely fuel our thinking about the UI.
