This may fix it for you..
Go to SimObjects\Boats\AI_Guayas_Riverboats
There is probably a folder named " Model_Guayaquil_No_Flag ".
Rename it to : " Model.Guayaquil_No_Flag " 
In essence, replace the first underscore in the folder name with a period.
