P3dv5 CTD

Featured Replies

Hello. Upgraded to V5 (5.0.24.34874) several days ago and since then I constantly get CTD with kernalbase.dll error in event viewer. CTDs seems to be random, couldn't figure out patter.

Add-on I have installed are:

ORBX global base, trees HD, buildings HD, Terraflora, ESSA and LOWW;

Aerosoft A330 pro 1.0.2.0 and aerosoft EGLL pro;

ActiveSky P3D open beta#3;

FSUIPC (free version);

GSX level 2;

SODE+VDGS pack;

and lastly TIDI smartAcars for one of the virtual airlines.

I tried flight from orbx ESSA to ORBX LOWW with every add-on mentioned above loaded. Got CTDs during climb, cruise, taxi, at the gate, sim just freezes for several seconds and next thing I see is desktop, without any popup error messages. I tried default airport and default F35, CTD. Is any of my add-ons causing it or is it known issues with V5? couldn't find any info by myself.

I believe in previous versions that was due to settings being too high.

have exact same setting as in v4.5 and VRAM doesn't reach 8Gb at all. I have MSI Rx 480 8GB.
