May 30, 20206 yr Hi, my UTLive suddenly stopped working in P3DV5. I noticed it today - I am not aware that I changed something in my simulator. I am using P3D5. When I start P3D I can see that it is initialising but after that it shows this error. Also, if I start Utlive.exe it shuts itself after a few seconds. Any thoughts what might be the problem? I cant post a screenshot here but the error says: Ultimate Traffic Live encountered an error while loading external data into the simulation engine. Error: System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format. I already tried to reainstall UTlive but no result.
May 30, 20206 yr Have you tried rebooting your PC to 'clean' the memory? May 30, 20206 yr When you say per instructions from Flight1, UTLive isn’t supported for V5? There is a solution on their forum to get it working in V5 but officially it isn’t supported and the installer won’t link to V5

It was working in my version P3dv5 hf1, until today. Unfortunately I do not recall that I changed or installad anything in P3DV5 in last days, I cant think of any reason why it is not working now. May 30, 20206 yr Author I found the reason. I remembered that I installed MCE recently. Due to my native language is Czech, my Windows was set to Czech language and displayed language was Czech. For MCE I changed my display language to US english. That was only one change I remembered I have done recently. So I changed my display language back to Czech... and wow - UTlive working now again. I know it might seems strange but it in fact is the reason.
