June 7, 20205 yr I have reinstalled my older B 747, boxed version, in the normal FSX under WIN 7. I wanted to install the 747-8 extension, download version. When I was ask for the passwords, I get the following message: "Unable to validate your license." "Please contact pmdg technical support service." I can't get any further there. In the LOG IN attempt, there is no response after entering the password. Various emails to the forum administrator remain unanswered. Resetting the password also does not work. The promised email never arrives. I do not know how to continue. Who can help? Thanks a lot. Regards Peter Timm
June 10, 20205 yr Peter Forum admin can't help you with this.You need to contact PMDG support, link is on their website. There was a problem with activating legacy product licences but I thought they had fixed that.
