June 9, 20205 yr Dear Fulcrum Sim-Developers, In the last few days, I have learned about the Fulcrum One Yoke that is slated to be released soon after the COVID epidemic will hopefully be over. I am looking forward for your product, since it seems to offer a very solid quality at an affordable price. One feature that got me very excited, I am going to quote directly from your website: Quote A unique connection method between the base and yoke allows the yoke handle to be easily swapped with additional aircraft yoke types that are planned for future release. I applaud this idea, which will undoubtedly give you a competitive edge over other, even much more expensive yokes that are currently sold in the market. In this regard, I (and some others) have a wish for a yoke type that I would like you to release in the future: As you know, the most common yoke type is U-shaped. However, as a passionate Concorde fan, I would love to fly this airplane in the simulator with the M-shaped yoke that it was originally equipped with: Not only Concorde used this shape, but a lot of contemporary Embraer airplanes are equipped with this yoke type, such as E-190: I know that we need to wait until the base yoke will be released (and a lot of us can't wait), but I would still like to hear if there are any plans that this yoke shape will be released as an accessory in the future? If not, consider it an idea. 😊
June 9, 20205 yr Commercial Member Hi There are numerous ideas on designs of yokes but I won't comment on them just yet. But I suspect there will be something along the lines of a Boeing type, a certain turboprop regional and a couple of others after that. Sorry I can't say more just yet but you aren't the first to ask! June 10, 20205 yr Author Okay, I understand that you cannot make any definitive statements on your product planning, but I thank you for your quick response to my message! I hope you will take my wish into consideration. Looking forward for the day when the yoke will be released.
