FlyJSim Q400 Flows

Featured Replies

The flows for this aircraft seem to be missing from latest revision of MCE.  The is a PDF which lists the commands though.

I suggest you run the app wizard briefly, without going through the other stuff. Exit wizard as sson as it starts.

Windows Start->AMulti Crew X-Plane->Run app wizard

By then, wizard should have ecreated flows for Q400 in this location

\My Documents\Multi Crew Experience\Myvoicescripts\Copilot\Aircraft\Dash8Q400\

If the flows are there and they don't appear when Q400 is loaded in X-Plane and MCE running, it's possible FlyJsim has made changes to some aircraft info MCE is relying on to identify it. Maybe not seeing it as The Q400 from FlyjSim that is fully supported and MCE treating it as unsupported plane. In that case, specific commands that apply to Q400 wouldn't even be available like "lock flight controls"

Here is how you can find out.

In "general" tab of MCE UI, click <More options> button.

In "Advanced Options" panel, click <View config>

"xpmce.ini" config file will open in Notepad.

Change "Debug=0" to "Debug=1", save and restart MCE.

At some point during the loading process, you should see some information MCE gathered from the sim, output to a dialog box.

Please post a screenshot here or send it to support.

Thanks
