RXP GNS no clickspots (resolved)

Recommended Posts

I managed to get the RXP GNS to fit in the RealAir Turbine Duke. However, I don't have any clickspots.

How can this be solved?

Hi,

Can you please be more specific? What clickspots? 3D cockpit? 2D popup? screen? buttons?

Also what simulator version? What OS?

My apologies for being incomplete. I'm using the RealAir Turbine Duke in P3DV5, Windows 10. I wasn't able to click the buttons in the vc. I figured out with the help of the Add ons menu to get the buttons to work but my GNS are incredible blurry and hardly readable in the vc. The pupop displays are clear tho.

I've added a picture to show the blurry displays. https://www.dropbox.com/s/fkl3mckwzqocx4d/2020-6-16_17-27-59-514.jpg?dl=0

Thank you for the additional details and the screenshot!

The blurriness is well documented in the P3D forum already, with solutions (I've even posted there about this IIRC).

It is independent of the RXP gauges, only in your P3D configuration (globally) or the aircraft panel.cfg (locally).

Also turn on "Hide Gauge Dust" in the Config\Options.xml file..

The Dust looked good in V4, but not in V5.

Could you please send me a link to that solution? I can't find it.

  1. open a web browser
  2. type google.com
  3. in the search bar, type "site:avsim.com blurry p3d5"
  4. enjoy

Thank you. Changing the following line in the Panel.cfg did the job for me:

pixel_size=4096,4096
