FSX:SE CTD No event in appcrashview

Installed FSX:SE on my new PC. 
When I try to switch from full screen mode it does a CTD, haven't tested anything more but i guess it could happen. 

Analyzing the mdmp file with WINDBG (no event in appcrash view) this is what i get:

Maybe Google about the g2d.dll.  Also download and read through the AVSIM CTD Guide.
