@Beardyman, a certain amount of PC knowledge is required for this. Rather than type out the instructions this is the official Microsoft guidance.

Make sure you run the DOS command with admin privileges. You also need to navigate to the folder containing that OCX. You haven't said what OS you're using but the OCX should be in C:\Windows\System32.
