I've also hit the assigned key F9 to get to VC and still no dice.. anyone have any ideas?I am using windows Vista RC1 with Vista drivers for my card, so they are brand new...If anyone has any insight I'd much appreciate it...
October 22, 200619 yr What happens if you use the onscreen rightclick view menus to load the VC view?Phil
October 22, 200619 yr Are you using the Comunity Technology Preview RC1 version of Vista or do you have access to MSDN? RC2 was released on 10-14...Is it possible that Vista is disabling some of the views-- turning off some of the advanced video features like it does with some web sites?
October 22, 200619 yr I dont get any kind of option for VC views.. also, is there a way to make it so the views are close to what they've always been in FS as far as outside views and panning around the aircraft in flight?
October 22, 200619 yr I have the tech preview RC1.. but it's updated to what I belive is RC2... I dont see it disabling views as FSX was geared towards Vista.
October 22, 200619 yr I'm not getting any clouds or weather in 2d panel...I have managed to get into the VC in the helicopter and C172SP... but for some reason it's only allowing me to get into the right seat.No VC in the sailplane yet either...
October 22, 200619 yr Try checking the settings tab also. I remember seeing an option on one of the tabs to choose whether you want each plane to start with the VC or 2D panel.Craig
