TBM 850 dive when AP is activated during climb

Recommended Posts

I notice that TBM 850, very often dive to the ground when AP is activated during climb. But I don't face these problems with the PA46 Meridian and Phenom.

My TBM settings are, flaps set to T/O, climb speed 120knots+.

Anyone encounter the sudden dive during the climb?

I don't have the aircraft, but I do note that you didn't mention if you had set the altitude and/or the fpm climb rate.. Does the AP not require a target altitude? Sorry for the stupid question, but had to ask!

Altitude set to 10,000 ft, VS 1000 fpm climb rate
