July 12, 20205 yr I am trying to fix this reset zoom problem on my end, but have tried to submit a support ticket regarding the issue and can't get the system to email me at all. I have tried several times to reset my password and it says that an email has been sent successfully, however I have checked numerous times and even checked my spam/junk folder. No signs of any email coming from the website. Please help. This problem has been really bugging me and I would like to get it fixed.
