Has anyone put together a single zip file available for download that resizes texture tiles from 1024 to 512? Thanks!Rake

Yeah the tweaks listed there work great.

Did it make a significant (well, at least noticeable difference in FPS--a relative term with FSX)? I'm getting 30-40fps away from airport beasts like (KATL, KLGA, KSEA, KLAX etc etc) without the resized texture...I would simply like to figure out why I'm getting 20-25FPS at certain airports, Heathrow, Paris, etc and 10-15fps at KATL, KSEA, KLAX?...comparing scenery complexity and autogen demands Heathrow probably exceeds KATL...I'm stumped. Not sure the 512 resize will help that particular problem--curious what others think.Thanks...RakeAMD FX-60Nvidia 7950 GX2 (1GB) video4 GB low latency RAM150GB 10000rpm Raptor HDDell 24" (running FSX in 1950x1200x32bit)

The resized textures will probably be of most help for lower and mid range systems. You would probably not see much improvement.I think there might be some LOD issues with some of the more complex terminal models.Matt
