Toolbar on and off?

The toolbar that appears in the center of the image is really unrealistic especially in a flight simulator. One can really hope that it can somehow be hidden or disconnected on and off. As it looks now, it gives far too much of an impression of an X-box game.

If you mean the drop-down menu, the arrow appears only when you move the cursor. If you mean the HUD with the instruments in the external view, those are optional as well.

It's hidden by default until you no longer wish it to be

Yes I mean the drop-down menu and its arrow. Correct but it is natural to often move the mouse in a simulator and then the toolbar arrow is activated.
