I have p3dv4.5 HF3 and p3dv5 HF1...anyway...was curious but this happens alot with default airports.. I am using the airport KTEB from the latest (did it in all of the releases) NY Airport v2X (2.6)...anyway. i pick that airport..usually tower controller..When p3dv4.5 launches..these are the views I get:

If I launch AI Companion used on AIG website..I get a normal view but until then..this is my view

Is it my settings..I have NY Airports at top of library..no orbx or fsad installed right now...Any clues or help appreciated. You would think that if you load a payware airport..you would see it when you first launch p3dv4 or 5 and not some crappy Axx  fsx scenery..

Hi Bob,

Looks like the DD airport did not load. Did you check the scenery.cfg file and if so is KTEB enabled?

Was there any P3D activation message can you recall after you initially installed the scenery to enable it?

Do you have any scenery manager tool you can use? I'm using Lorby P3D Addon Organizer for both v4.5 and v5  and it does a good job of detecting scenery issues.

Hi Mark..Thanks..yeah I use Lorby-si add on...I think NY Airports wants to go into addon scenery but will check it. I usually have everything on a separate ssd..outside P3D... It also shows in the scenery library (like in the top 2 spots) inside P3dv4.5/or v5.... i also notice that areas around default airports seem to fall off as well.  This is my home airport of KINT in p3dv5 and it does the same thing in v4.5... My airport has a McDonald's drive thru and fly thru...lol....Something ain't right. I have Windows 10x64 v2004 and a GTX 1080ti on a i7700K with 16gig ram.

Thanks for sharing..maybe someone will come up with an idea or has had this same problem.. Seems P3d forum guys have no interest in helping..posted stuff and it just sits there..thats why i decided to post here.

I finally got it to load up.  I just moved it from Lorby addon to scenery config and finally p3dv4.5 saw it and it loads up now..
