August 18, 20205 yr I pre ordered the sim several weeks ago. I cant find any place to download it for pre order buyers. I bought the Game Pass subscription. I downloaded the Game Pass App, but when I execute it I get the loading page with Xbox (BETA) at the top, Pirates dressed in purple costumes under, then "Making things awesome" below, then the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom. In five hours the scroll bar has not moved. I also can not find where to download the actual game that I pre ordered. All I can find is where to buy it. The forum at the MSFS site is not working and there is no place to get help from them. Anyone have any help here? Thanks Howard
August 18, 20205 yr Go to Microsoft Store and update all the app: today they released and update of Game Pass App (called Xbox Beta, the release is 2008.1001.11.0) maybe it helps. In the Game Pass App, after you click on MSFS, it redirects you to the Microsoft Store for the download. i9-11900K (5.3 GHz), 64 GB RAM (DDR4 3600), RTX 3070, 1 TB (M.2 SSD). Windows 10 Pro. Installed Sims: MSFS 2020.
August 19, 20205 yr Author My problem is I can't get the app to work at all. It just sits there with the picture of the Pirates dressed in purple
